2nds are paddles that don't meet my standards. So we offer them at a discounted rate.

Your choice if you wish to add leather wrap to the paddle.

The images are the defect in the paddle, this one was a large burl in the middle of the blade. This is mostly an aesthetic defect, yet I can’t guarantee it’s strength because burls are unpredictable.

Although we dont offer any sort of warranty on 2nds, I will say, this paddle will get some great use out of it.
